Request Access to HP Services
Please consult with your HP contact on which supplier
application(s) you need to access and this will determine the type
of authentication you need to apply for by visiting the "Supplier
Portal Registration - Restricted & Public" portion of the FAQ.

to request access for the specific service listed below.
Restricted Portal services are services classified as HP confidential and requiring you to have an HP issued service
provider credential. To obtain this credential, your HP Business Relationship Manager must first onboard your
company to the HP identity and access platform for suppliers called OneUID MSP. Once onboarded, your
employees can enroll for HP credentials from the
IAM website
After you are granted access to the application or content, sign in with your HP issued service provider credential on
the left navigation. After login, the service link will be displayed in the Supplier Portal secure home left navigation.
MyPIM - Used by our partners and HP employees to look up
P/N and BOMs. Consult your HP contact to get access to this
application. Once you have been given access, login with your HP issued service provider credential.
Supply Chain Collaboration (KeyChain) - External-facing
web application for HP supply-chain buy/planners to efficiently
collaborate with the supplier network on purchase orders and
inventory. Consult your HP contact to get access to this
application. Once you have been given access, login with your HP issued service provider credential.
The Supplier Handbook contains
HP revision control documents (such as Trade and Logistics,
Business Processes and Security Requirements, Manufacturing
Compliance, and Worldwide Policies and Standards) that are required
by contract, between HP and our suppliers.To request access to Supplier Handbook Restricted,
click the Supplier Handbook Restricted hyperlink and you will be routed to the Supplier Handbook page.
Proceed to Supplier Handbook Restricted Access Request.
** These applications are recommended for new suppliers.
To sign up for the Public Portal application(s), click on the
appropriate link below. Within two business days of your request,
you will receive a confirmation and access information via email.
After this, simply log-in using your "Email Address" and "Password" from the left navigation.
Remember, this Email and Password is separate from the OneUID credential used for the Restricted Site.
The credentials for the Public Site are just for supplier portal public page, where the Restricted Site credentials
can be used HP wide where relevant.
Some Public Portal applications may require new users to sign a CDA/NDA.
** AP Online ** -
AP Online (APO) is an Internet self-service, free
Invoice and Payment Status tool available to HP external customers
and suppliers, where legally permissible. AP Online will allow
suppliers the ability to directly access their business
transactions, such as up-to-date/pending invoices and payments any
time, anywhere, via the Web.
** DPSS ** - DPSS is used for suppliers who need access
for Sourcing events such as eAuctions and RFQs . Consult your HP
contact for access.
ESP - This is a secure area by invitation-only. ESP is
used by Global Procurement as a contract database and interface for
suppliers to participate on Sourcing events. Consult your HP
contact for access.
